Digital book purchases: what to expect

When you purchase an ebook or audiobook from the J.S. Morin store, you will also receive an email from Bookfunnel with a unique code and instructions on how to redeem your purchase immediately, or a confirmation of your pre-order.

If you pre-ordered an ebook or audiobook, Bookfunnel will send your download instructions on release day.

Problems with your downloads?

First, check your spam folder for your Bookfunnel email. Make sure to whitelist emails from bookfunnel.com to make sure you get those emails in the future!

Second, check the email address on your order. Bookfunnel sends to the same email address you used to checkout on the J.S. Morin store. If your Bookfunnel reader library uses a different email address, request Store Help with your order number and we can redirect your purchase to the right library.

Third, if you're still having trouble, the Bookfunnel support team can help. A member of their support team will reply back!
