Refund policy

eBooks & audiobooks

Our eBook & audiobook delivery partner, BookFunnel, sends all digital books immediately following your purchase, or on release date if you pre-ordered an upcoming release. That means there's no window of "oopsie", to prevent them from sending you the book you've purchased.

We will refund a digital edition of a book within 7 days of purchase under 2 conditions:

  • You pre-ordered an eBook or audiobook that has not yet released by the time you request the refund
  • You accidentally re-ordered the same eBook or audiobook you'd previously ordered (both purchases must have been from the J.S. Morin store)

Physical Merchandise & Books

All physical products are print-on-demand merchandise, so we can't resell anything and don't accept returns. As soon as you order products, they're printed just for you. Your payment goes directly to the printer and the shipping company, plus a small margin that helps us pay to run the store.

If your product didn't come out right, send us pictures! We will work with the printer to reprint and resend to you at no additional cost. We partner with printers who stand by their quality for this very reason. We've helped our customers resolve everything from broken mugs to shirts that printed too light, and we'll continue to do so until the moment the printer gets it right and it arrives safely in your hands.

But we're not a huge store that can absorb the costs if you simply change your mind, or didn't pay attention to the details on what you were getting beforehand. We run a tiny publishing company, and make products available to bring joy to fans.

So please, ask in advance if you have questions about a product. If we can't answer to your satisfaction, please don't order the product.

Because we will only refund your purchase of physical merchandise if we've worked with you to fix a printing problem and the printer simply can't resolve it.
